You have 40 days from delivery to decide.

How it works

Email trangbui24092002@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We reply with a return address. Send the item back in a condition that lets us see it was used normally — you do not need the original packaging.

Your money back

Once the parcel reaches us we refund to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it, no return needed.
