Every order ships free, wherever you are.

Processing

We pack and hand over your parcel within 24 hours of the order going through. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Customs and duties

Import duties, if your country charges them, are payable by the recipient. We have no way of calculating them in advance.

Wrong or missing address

Check the address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you confirm the correct one.
